He-man hit toy stores in late 1981 and really blew up in the mid 80's eventually seeing a slow demise by 1987. These were definitely one of my favorite figures growing up back then. Prince Adam was a hot collector, greatly desired by kids everywhere because he was so rare!

Action Figures were the best in the 1980s. Everything from He-man, Super Powers, GI Joe, Silverhawks, Transformers, Thundercats, LJN Wrestlers, the list goes on and on. I'd give up anything to go back in time, even as an adult. I just wanna relive this life again so badly.
