Indian Strings & Dances Exhibition (Museum of Croydon) 2009
The Indian Strings and Dances Exhibition was held at the Museum of Croydon between April & July 2009. The organisers were The Museum of Croydon, The London Sitar Ensemble, and The Sutton Subrang Dance Ensemble. The Videos on this playlist were made especially for the exhibition. They include Videos of the work and discussions by major artists, community groups and organisations involved in South Asian Arts. The curators were Lata Desai and Rolf Killius in close collaboration with Rob Shakespeare, Museum Service Manager.
