@femfireto Dude when you have like 315 pounds on your back you need the neckbad or your traps feel like they're gunna pop lol I don't know how anyone can squat heavy and not wear a neckpad cause the bar kills my traps/neck when I don't wear one. Just my opinion though.

@Olympian085 Yea I agree. He tore his one bicep idk about the other one so that makes his arms look a bit weird. His forearm muscle insertion is pretty high which makes his forearms really small. Look at his forearms compared to Phil heath and you'll know what I'm talking about lol

@dippydog It's not really "off season" shape because he's retired so he looks like that all year round. I could be wrong though
