The way I interpreted it is this: Southpark was making fun of the people against wikileaks. Think of it this way, the people who wanted to stop it most (bass2mouth fish, the teachers,cartman) has some pretty evil stuff going on that was about to get leaked. Through brainwashing they convinced the boys (stan,butters ect) to help them stop wikileaks. Further evidence that helps support my theory is the music room. Take a good look, it's very reminiscent of communism. I think Try Parker wanted to draw parallels to the Red Scare and the propaganda America used against communism.
In this light, the episode was very supportive of wikileaks. You just have to dig past the superficial to get to it. (like pretty much every south park episode).
