These are a few examples of the videos you will find on my website, http://thehappyscientist.com
About Me:

For 13 years, I worked as a science educator at the Memphis Pink Palace Museum, in Memphis, TN. I taught classes in geology, biology, chemistry, physics, archaeology and astronomy.

Then in 1987, I went into business for myself, touring the country to teach science. For seven years I toured full time, looping from Key West to Seattle and back every year.

In 1994, I settled in St. Augustine, and was Director of Education and Collections at the Museum of Science and History in Jacksonville, but in 1996 I went back into business for myself. Since then, I have been presenting live performances across the country.

In 2007, I started making science videos, and am having a blast with them. I hope you enjoy the videos. You will find more on my website, at http://thehappyscientist.com

How is the information stored on credit cards, and why does putting an old credit card inside a plastic bag make it scan better?

I am not sure how long the butter will last, as we always devour it fairly quickly. The key is to rinse it well, to remove the buttermilk.

I am going to try your butter making process... who knows, I may never pay 4.99 again for a lb of butter!
How long does your home made butter last in the fridge? Thanks!
