depends, on the method people do things.
you have no idea on how to rigg stuff i presume, therefore u have no clue how you attach polys to bones,
furthermore if you wer to add todays graphics in 1980s and the microchip processors of today then, id guess everything would be a hoax.

A. This looks crappy atm. Not nicely composed.
