I have a small idea about the Endermen...
I always imagined the Endermen as human-like, but only thinner with claws, and sharp teeth.
But that's just me. You probably have a better representation of them.

AHA! The problem with the ghast is that i have to convert the file to a .wrl in order for it to work, and the tentacles don't come with for some reason. The program also works with Wavefront OBJ, Geomview OFF, Autocad DXF, PLY and STL, and I tried to convert the file to each of those types, but all kinds of stuff happened. Either Binvox (the program i'm using) rejected it, or the converter was giving me error messages I didn't understand (I'm a noob at modeling), or only half the ghast was in the converted file (that was a wierd one) So, I just have the creeper for now...
