Rita Partini was born in Naples (Italy). She studied singing (she is a light soprano) with the master Sabatino Raja (from Maria Callas singing school), Gaelic singing (with Christine Primrose) and harp (at Conservatory). She studied also bodhran and other tipical Irish percussive instruments. She played as solo artist and with bands in many concerts and important festivals in Italy, Ireland and Scotland. Her CD My Gaelic Heart was presented for the first time at "Celtica", international festival of Celtic music, in July 2009. She collaborated with Italian and international artists. Since 2009 she is produced by an indie label, After Life Music Dimension. She is also an harp-therapist and holds conferences and workshops about Celtic culture and spirituality.
