Rising Tide Inc. is a decorative contracting firm opened by Tom Hickey in September of 2005 after 20 years as an artist, manager and a partner at Baltimore/Washington's largest and best known decorative painting company. Our core philosophy is based on a commitment to integrity, and building strong relationships between designers, artists and clients that will guarantee quality, satisfaction and pride in the final outcome for all parties.
Rising Tide offers first quality workmanship in a complete range of decorative interior finishes such as murals, faux finishes, stencilling, gilding, woodgraining, marbleizing and italian plasters, as well as general housepainting and light carpentry as related to complex decorative interior schemes.
Based in Baltimore, Maryland, and with a secondary base in Rehoboth, Delaware, Rising Tide serves the entire region, including Washington, DC and Annapolis, with a special emphasis on the Eastern Shore and the Mid-Atlantic beach resort communities.
