The first thing you see in the video isn't a copepod, its a gammarus shrimp (not really a shrimp) also known as a scud. It also appears that you have planaria and ostracods. All normal and harmless.

On what grounds do you say that? To put it this way, an oscar grows to be 2-3lb's average and needs a 55-75g tank. A bass can easily get twice that and it is even more elongated.
