Here's my policy on video uploads. I will upload a new video if certain goals are achieved. It's sorta like RCT3 when you have to finish certain tasks to go up in level for that park. Here are the possible goals that can be achieved:

Amount of subscribers I currently have
How many views I get from my most recent video.
5 5-Stars on either of my recently uploaded videos.

There are some exceptions, however, such as holiday celebrations and special events.
