Somebody forgot the pre-jump command, "Check static line". Looks like his wasn't over the top, like it should, and ended up wrapping around his equipment. It wasn't body position or rigger error, just wrong place for the static line.

Let me give you the advice that absolutely worked 100% for me. I was told that I was "trying too hard" and to just "be yourself". WOW!!!! It works!! Just be who you are and don't look at yourself as trans, just YOU!
