He's referring to an incident where state senator Andy Sanborn made what looked to me like lawful but threatening written comments. To a person who had e-mailed him in favor of marijuana liberalization.

Basically anything that was shot by me or...was public domain to begin with... Until further notice my stuff is automatically
released into the public domain. Generally if I shot it you'll see a "RidleyReport.com" or "YouTube.com/WinWinParty" at the bottom. Anything...which has that super or was obviously shot by me, is public domain.
Like what you see here? You can usually donate to the Ridley Report using Bitcoin.

In a society with press freedom, I would tend to call authorities to verify or refute the report above. And I would record the whole interaction. But in the America we actually live in... various wiretapping laws have a chilling effect on such calls. In protest of these laws, and of the Mueller prosecution... I generally deny bureaucrats that type of opportunity to present their views by phone. It does save me time. But I will tend to waive this boycott and make the call if a bureaucrat agrees to be recorded. And I look forward to the repeal of the laws that have limited open communication with our rulers.
