@TBSMandolin The bass player is Bob White (aka "Quail). He went on to play bass with Eddie Adcock and the II Generation. Correct, this was at the Camp Spring NC BG festival, but in September 1971 (not 1973).
BTW, anybody reading this should check out the expert playing of the "TBSMandolin" guy...
