There's quite a wide love of quite contrasting stuff in there.. I love the music of Ludovico Einaudi, any performances by Sviatoslav Richter, Meshuggah, Slipknot, Bach, Mary Beats Jane, Peter Fox, Shinedown, old Metallica, Napalm Death and Carcass, Bartok, Chopin, Schubert, Breaking Benjamin, Buddy Rich and a whole load of stuff in between etc etc :)

I'v got a couple of fav's though I'm not really known as a reader but some books when you read them kinda stick so I'll try and list some, Why we act As we do, The plain man's guide to ethics, The Prophet, The Beloved, Sunshine in my Heart, The Dhammapada, Teachings on Love, Alway's Playing and etc etc :)
