The album is ingenious. Suffice it to say it was idiotic of me to judge the entire album based on a few early-released songs, the rest of the album is fucking incredible.

I was just disappointed at how Arcade Fire has traded in their eclectic orchestral sound for monotonous beats and riffs. I appreciate their wish to pursue change and grow, it's natural to every artist. You can't expect artists paint the same picture. Clearly I WAS acting on extremism, and in no way was it my intention to provoke such a reaction in you.

You're right. I hardly gave it a chance, and now that I have, I can see how it's on par if not better than their previous two albums. I was acting on extremism, and little did I know how good The Suburbs really is. Sorry about that.
