Rich is a Speaker, Author, and Presentations Coach who specializes in entertaining and inspiring messages designed to change your thinking to a "Win Anyway!" perspective.

Born with a congenital genetic defect affecting his left leg, he grew up walking funny, thinking funny, and eventually talking funny -- spreading his concept of Perflexativity, a concept which demonstrate how, regardless of our current circumstances, we can all "Win Anyway!" and create our Championship Life.

He writes the highly-regarded speaking blog "Speak & Deliver", is the author of 'Go Ahead and Laugh: A Serious Guide to Speaking with Humor', and has been rated in the Top 100 speakers worldwide in Toastmasters International 7 out of the last 10 years. Rich is also an active and devoted husband, father of six children, ranging in age from 4 to 15, and enough of a Trekkie to name his youngest son Riker, after winning a much-contested bet with his wife....!
