Do these hit more middle back than pullups (since your torso is more inclined) ? I've been looking for something to do instead of chins... for some reason chins make my chest explode. Something with torso at more of an angle is what I need (take chest out of it) . These might be worth a look.

It depends on what WEIGHT you're lifting. Knees past toes on a 405lbs barbell squat is asking for trouble, knees past toes with a 30kg kettlebell not so much. Knees go past toes in tons of athletic movements.

Heh interesting... I would have just said that's a silly question - this process called Focusing works, and here's how you do it. The whys and wherefores and "what bit is this", is best answered by neuroscience. Def agree with "you need that", and ordinary language isnt adequate!

Wow. This is the kind of shaking I'm getting with TRE, those strong abdominal contractions. What is it you do when you lie across someone in that video? Is it to give them something to "shake against" as it were?

Mcguff claims it's a full body workout. So presumably he's saying the leg press is enough for functional strength in the posterior chain? I find it hard to believe you're going to do much for your glutes, hamstrings or lower back with that... has he addressed this?
