Ya know, I DO beleive in magic. I was born and raised in a magic time, in a magic town. Amoung magicians. Most everybody else didn't realize we lived in that world of magic. Connected by the silver filaments of chance and circumtance but I knew it all along.
See, this is my opinion... we all start out knowing magic. We're born with whirlwinds, force fires and comets inside us. We're born able to sing to birds and to read clouds and see our destiny in grains of sand ...But then we get the magic educated right out of our souls, we get it churched out, spanked out, washed out and combed out. We get put on the straight and narrow and told to be responsible. Told to act our age and you know why we were told that? Because the people doing the telling were afraid of our wildness and youth. And because of the magic we knew made them ashamed and sad at what they allowed to wither in themselves. After you go so far away from it, you can't really get it back. You can have seconds of it, just seconds of
knowing and remembering.
When people get weepy at movies it's because in that dark theatre, the golden pool of magic is touched, just breifly. Then they come out into the harsh sun of logic and reason again and it dries up, and they're left feeling a little heart sad and not knowing why.
When a song stirs a memory. When motes of dust, turning in the shafts of lights, takes your attention from the world. when you hear a train tearing on the tracks in the distance and you wonder where it might be going. You step beyond who you are and where you are. For the breifest of instance, you have stepped into the magic realm. That's what I beleive.

Why do we sleep through Church, But stay awake through a 3 hour movie? Why is it so hard to talk about God, but so easy to cuss?Why is it so easy to ignore a Godly bebo bulletin, Yet we repost the nasty ones? Why are churches getting smaller, But bars and clubs are expanding? Why is it so easy to purchase beer and drugs? But so hard to donate 25 cents for a Charity? Why is it so easy to worship a Celebrity? But very difficult to engage with God? Think about it, are you going to put this on your channel? Are you going to ignore it, cause you think you'll get laughed at? Put this on your channel....seriously. 80 % of you wont put this up. The Lord said: If you deny me in front of your friends, I will deny you in front of my father.

I don't know if god is real. I don't know if Heavan and Hell are real. I don't. But I still think we should beleive in something. I sort of agree with this about all the things that are changing in this world. All the drugs, celebs and what not. All the wrongs and right. We need something to believe in... and if god is your belief. That's good for you. You've something. Someone. To believe in. Now... I have to find something too.
