Hi! This is a 1978 Guild d40, it sounds great and it s loud. I read on the internet guild can be compared with martin and are often undervalued. Both great brands, so the choice is up to you. Personally I prefer to buy vintage guitars... If you make a good choice the guitar won t lose it s value.... It could even increase with time! Have a look on ebay, even it s a bit risky as you can t try the guitar befor buying it.... But with a bit of luck it could be a great deal! I did it twice. Have a nice day, ivan
