You're speaking to the choir. Capcom is not a company to be respected anymore. They can't make good fighting games, they can't balance them, they can't respect their dedicated players. I think MvC3 is an okay casual game but it has absolutely no place in tournaments. None. The game has far too many flaws on the basic level and that is because its mean to cater to people that don't really play fighters. Which is fine, but the community in the US doesn't get that and runs in tournaments anyways. I've given up on the company and while I still play UMvC3 for casuals a bit, the game has lost its appeal very quickly and I devote far more time to other games worth my effort.

The thing about those promo vids is that characters are purposely set up to win from the start. Its like pro-wrestling - the outcome is already decided before the match even starts. I'm not sure what the point of that even is; since I personally think having players play to the best of their ability is the best promotion any match vid could give but that's companies for you.

I rarely even comment on YT vids these days. I don't "go around looking for people to chew out". I'm subbed to Pink and happened to open the vid and saw your comment. I usually don't say anything when I see wrong stuff but you were so off the mark it set me off. Now, that doesn't excuse my rudeness. Its just that Marvel 3 is so popular I figured it was common knowledge who was good and I find it a bit sad players would base the viability of a character based on online matches. Regardless, I could have said that better. I apologize for being rude.
