Kay, I can't figure out how to reply to your reply but THANK YOU!!! That is exactly how I feel/what I do at work too! I wish we could just tell them we had a quota to fill, but alas, we gotta be seen as the bad guy. Though, like you said, if I can see the person isn't interested, then I won't push it.
