Darien Lake Canadian Stereotypes 1986 Retrontario - 127 views - 1 day ago
I suppose this is taking the piss out of Canada's Wonderland, but were the lame brain stereotypes really neccessary? I mean, "hot mush"?

Breakfast Cereals 1985 Retrontario - 309 views - 1 day ago
A selection of sugary breakfast cereal commercials which aired on WUTV Buffalo 29 in late 1985/early 1986. Amazing that 80s kids didn't have the same obesity problem which plagues todays kids.... I wonder what that is? Included here are:
* Cocoa Puffs
* Lucky Charms
* Honey Nut Cheerios
* Cheerios
* Circus Fun
* S'Mores Crunch
* Frosted Flakes
* Cocoa Krispies
* Cookie Crisp
* Rocky Road
* Cinnamon Toast Crunch
* Golden Grahams
* Apple Jacks

All part of a complete balanced breakfast!

Truly disturbing and memorable PSA. I am shocked that this one doesn't still run as it has not dated at all.

I remember what I'm sure were called "vignettes" from the late 70's... One was nature scenes of the Toronto Island to the tune of "Maui Waui" by Chuck Mangione. The other was a group of kids playing and skipping on the old fountain that used to be outside of the Ontario Science Centre. Does anyone else remember these? Does anyone know where I can find them??? I've been looking for YEARS!!

Would you HAPPEN to have 'Dear Aunt Agnes' from TVOntario in the 1980's? One of THE *most* obscure TVO shows that's NOT on the Internet!! :-(

Retro, you have any classic canadian tv such as "uncle willie & floyd arms" or "coming up rosie" or "dr. Zonk & the Zunkins" or "George" TV series? Love to see these again.
