Kazunori Miyake was responsible for the arrangement, while the music itself was performed by the New Japan Philharmonic; Michiko Aotani; Kazuhiko Iwami; Takayuki Adachi; Hajime Miura and Azuchi Takahashi.

The track uses the "BIO HAZARD!" voice used when starting a game a number of times throughout the album, and repeatedly uses the voice of Chris Redfield, who shouts in various manners "What do you mean 'who is this'? It's Chris. Why won't you believe me!?"
