Renee Cao, a cum laude graduate from Texas Womans University, has been a professional makeup artist since 1987 with both traditional and permanent makeup. In addition to her private practice as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician and reknowned permanent make-up artist, she is also a Certified Senior Micropigmentation Instructor who has taught hundreds of doctors, nurses, and beauty technicians how to correctly and artfully perform intradermal cosmetic procedures. And, she has taught and performed permanent cosmetics procedures nationally as well as internationally.

Renee has dedicated her life to making women more beautiful ... for life. She specializes in facial morphology and color theory. This allows her to choose the best shades and shapes to compliment a woman's unique face shape and skin coloring. In addition to the normal cosmetic procedures (such as eyebrows, eyeliner, lip liner and full lip color) she also does paramedical procedures (such as scar camouflage, areola restoration, vitiligo and stretch marks).

Although Renee focuses on permanent cosmetics, she also offers body art (both free style and from stencils). In addition, she is one of the premier permanent makeup experts in the country for corrective work. Known as the Queen of Permanent Cosmetics Correction, if a woman is unhappy with her previous permanent makeup, Renee can perform color correction, shape enhancement or even tattoo removal. As an added bonus, Renee brings her flair as a watercolor and portrait artist to her work.

Renee's philosophy is that permanent makeup, like body tattooing, is an art. Knowing how to implant pigment properly into the skin is crucial, but more importantly it must be done artfully. Her extensive background in watercolor portraits and micropigmentation provide excellent results in permanent cosmetics and body art tattoos. Before any pigment is ever implanted, she spends more time designing the correct shape of eyebrows, lips, etc. to enhance the client's face and features. Using micropigmentation to arching the eyebrows, enhancing the fullness of the lips, or defining the eyes, can take years off the face without major surgeries.
