Four years ago, the world lost humanitarian activist Marla Ruzicka. Marla worked tirelessly to help civilian victims of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Her biography, Sweet Relief (by Jennifer Abrahamson), has just been published by Simon and Schuster, and is available on Amazon.com and at most major bookstores. A film based on her life is scheduled for release by Paramount sometime in 2009.
