Hi Thanks for your comments. This project was a learning process for the PR & Marketing Team. Everything was done in house and at very little cost to Regenda, apart from Man hours. This year we will be more polished but hope to still keep it real.

These videos give a really good idea of what you do and the support you give to residents.
They could however do with a bit more editing. A couple of videos ("Vicky" and "It's Different Every Day" ) stop after a minute or so and show a black screen until the end. In particular "Woody's new home" has a large section of black between two sections of footage, the second of which starts without any sound.
It's great that you're doing these yourselves to give a real inside view rather than hiring an expensive company to make a sterile promotional video and YouTube is the perfect vehicle for them. Just keep working on the technical side of editing!
