On the day he was released, I tried out this spec, thinking, OH! Dot! Attack speed for sure, but continuing to play that way I feel it lost its glory because of defensive items that can neutralize that. But I've 1v1'd attack speed Fizz's as Fizz, and the way I build him is definitely AP Popping ...
