Not sure how "power cranks" (I guess it's a bike) is going to help your running form. Sprinting is different from long distance running. Although that isn't mentioned in this video. While heel striking is a huge negative for sprinters, it is common for long distance runners.

Sorry someone has their numbers wrong. A guy who weighs 222# with 13.7% BF doesn't wear size 32 pants. They even mentioned his waist was 38" in length.
