@emccurnin It's actually yellow. As far as I know, the only gold Beach Bombs made were the rear-board versions. Very few are known to exist. Probably, less than 50, total for ALL rear-board versions. The last I heard, the most ever paid for a rear-board version was $70K. That's right. $70,000!

I LOVED these Redline Hot Wheels as a kid. These very same cars in these commercials, in mint or near-mint condition, are worth a small fortune today! Mattel fucked up when they discontinued the spectraflame paint after 1972. The Redline cars were still available until 1977, and still very collec...

@tomwhotomme. Fuck Fallon and Timberlake!?! I don't think so. Those two are incredibly talented! Same with The Roots Band! I absolutely agree with "themadbatter". Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlakes version is MUCH better. I wished I was there in the studio audience that day when they taped that...

@orrinaleron You're fucking, damn straight! It pisses me off , too! The song was originally 5m 30sec. I'd like an answer, too, on why they edit the song in the video. (The CD has the full version, BTW. I think you meant the video version is gutted.) Siouxsie & the Banshees was one of the greatest...

Thanks for posting! The 1963 World Series ended one week before I was born. My dad and mom watched Sandy Koufax pitch his no-hitter that year while my mom was pregnant (with me). I went to my first Dodger game in 1967, but I barely remember it. My dad said this was his favorite World Series of a...

Wow. I remember King Crimson's "Elephant Talk", but I had almost forgotten about "Thela Hun Ginjeet". They were on the ABC show, "Fridays" when they performed these songs. I saw this very same show on TV when I was in high school. "Fridays" had some great bands (Devo, The Pretenders, The Clash, ...

I remember this King Crimson performance! They were on the show "Fridays" on ABC. "Fridays" ran opposite of the Tonight Show on Fridays from 1980-82. The show was funny at times, but they had the best musical guests (Devo, The Pretenders, The Clash, The Cars, etc.). I was in high school at the ti...
Paul McCartney is amazing. He's pushing 70 years-old, but still rocks just as well as he did 40 years ago.
