I first heard this in 1991 when I saw it on Noise Network and went out and got the CD. A great CD and I agree with the comment about them being a criminally overlooked band. They don't make music this good anymore.

I lived in Lake Charles 1986-1990 so this brought some stuff back for me. I lived near I210 and traveled it often. Lake Charles has a bunch of casinos now and I caught a glimpse of them in the video. Thanks for the video.

Great video. Last time I drove to New Orleans was a year ago and getting back home to Baton Rouge was a pain with all that construction in Metairie.

I was born in 1968 and yes, the music of the 70s and 80s was so much better. ARS was a great band. The song Alien was their best IMHO. I wish they made music like this today.

If you want grits, you need to come down south, like Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama. Illinois isn't the south.

Nice cover of this song. Has anyone seen the "Delusion" soundtrack version of the video anywhere? I saw it on Noise Network back in 1991 and haven't seen it since. It's footage from this video along with footage from the movie "Delusion," which Barry Adamson did the soundtrack to.

I haven't driven along Airline in Metairie in at least 15 years(when I moved to Baton Rouge), and much of it still looks the same. I may have grown up in the New Orleans area, but have no desire to live there again.

I live in Baton Rouge and enjoyed this video. I drive these areas regularly. Steely Dan is great driving music.
