Randy was a good guitarist but the 'best metal guitarist' award goes to Glenn Tipton of Judas Priest imo; most underrated guitarist ever

Could a band even possibly begin to think about having a better line-up than Priest? Halford on vocals, Glen Tipton and KK Downing with the Twin-Axe-Attack, Ian Hill on bass, and Scott Travis on the drums... Quite possibly the all-time bests in each position. I guess thats why they're the Metal G...

Beautiful song but Glen Tipton and KK Downing fucked the intro up a little...I think that's the first mistake I've EVER heard them make. In my opinion, they are the two greatest guitarists of all time, add in Ian Hill's bass and Halford's vocals... You get the best band ever made.
