The Red Raiders is one of Central Florida's top rated Baseball organizations. We are a baseball training club, and we do play in AAU events, but we also play in USSSA, NABF, AABC, CABA, Triple Crown, Terry Pendleton Baseball, Perfect Game and other organizational events as well. We average at the most 2-3 field practices a month; however we work out 2-3 times a week. Workouts are required; we feel that the conditioning from strength and agility training are more important than field time. Our workouts have a focus on core strength to enhance long term hitting and pitching, which maximizes the ability to stay injury free. Each age group plays 100-150 games a year, Includes tournaments and various leagues.
