About this user

The passions of my life, those I chose to share here that is, are music, thought, consciousness and humor. Behind these is a desire to find avenues to help others change, strategies that don't require 10 years on a psychiatrist's couch but can be accomplished in 10 minutes drinking coffee.

There is so much pain in the world and so many people stuck in ritualized lives with no hope of ever escaping. If a joke can break the tension or a song melt a heart then shouldn't we be able to use the same skills to foster change?

Anyway, I'm on You Tube because of the opportunity to share ideas with others and hopefully to learn. Look forward to sharing thoughts.
