About Recumbent ReCycler

I started riding my "RecumbentUSA Trike II" recumbent trike either late December 2007 or early January 2008, and went from about 240 pounds down to a low of 178 pounds in the fall of 2008. During the winter of 2008/2009 I didn't ride as much because of the harsh weather, and went back up to about 190 pounds. I have a journal at http://www.recumbentrecycler.com/journal.html and just started taking video of my rides in April of 2009.
