I think this is Whitney's finest song, sadly overlook and unjustifiably obscure, and I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers it. I wish she had pursued this "quiet storm" approach more during the latter part of her career. Thanks for the beautiful tribute!

I've just watched the episode of "Starsky and Hutch," and it's excellent.

Loved this song, just as I loved this show – Thursday nights on ABC, right? Really wish they'd release this on DVD. Robert Hays and Donna Pescow were terrific together, and how I miss Debralee Scott.

I had this LP on extremely heavy rotation in the '80s, but it's still holding up just fine! I Love Ish Ledesma in all his various forms of brilliance. I'm not sure exactly how to characterize his music, but I'm satisfied to just label it awesome.

Great song! You were so fortunate to see Susan in concert! This was a very tight band that should have been huge, or at least bigger than they were. I think the Babys are a good comparison: romantic ballads and hard-driving rock.

@TheMjblades "Street Angel" is a great starting point for Stevie. I can't understand why that album doesn't get the respect it deserves. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with it at first, but now it's right up there in the top tier of Stevie releases. "Kick It" is superb.

I always love Randy Van Warmer and was saddened by his passing a few years ago. He left us just when we needed him most. (<------- I know that's the obvious thing to say, but it's so true.)
