what software do you use to edit your HD vids? I have several but are huge files. I just start the cam before i startup and shut off only when landing (so i make sure the gopro is on). I'd like to chop them up to post.

I´ve send you a message with a question regarding GoPro. Thanks.
RebreatherNut (5 months ago)
@mkinrz: A less expensive option is also to buy a GoPRO 960, which works just as well. And yes, it does help me to review certain flights or maneuvers.

Quality of your vids is very good and great to hear the coms. I´m a helicopter student and I´m starting with flight lessons next weekend on R22. Can´t afford an GoPro set yet. Though I think it can help to record the flight and discuss it afterwards?

@hendrikfreeke: I would use a roll bar mount and put that on that cross bar in between the seats in the R-44. Then use a goose neck from the the roll bar clamp so you can bring the camera higher up, shoulder height and the just point the camera forward. That should work.

like your videos. can you do a how to for R44 mount? i tried a frame mount from gopro in the middle between seats but its too low and shoulders are in the way.

Thanks rodrop,
Yes, there is more to come, as my training progresses I will have more videos to post. My GoPro is going nearly on every flight, and if find that there is something worth while to look at, it will be here on my channel.
Thanks for your comment :-)
