@bun314 and for 246436 time answer is YES!!! the only difference betwen arcade and elite is that elite comes with Hard Disk and Headphones...You can buy hard disk and put it in arcade and then it will be the same as the elite...Only difference is HDD,the rest is the same

@Kazuko120 you can run medium/max but u need to patch the game to 1.0.4.0 because the 1st ver of the game lags even on i7 processor...rockstar's fault :P but atleast they patched it ;)
