BdoubleO, I believe the phrase you're looking for is "Thinking with Portals".

With 1.0.1, if you didn't generate the area with the stronghold before updating from 1.0.0, the generator will generate entirely new terrain. The seed no longer works when generating a new world. Tested in both Survival and Creative modes.

The music that starts playing at around 3:00 is pretty epic when you're watching the sun come up in Sea of Flames II.
