I dunno yet. Haven't seen it. I read the novel though and I understand Alan Moore (author) has serious objections against the movie.

Also, it's quite a heavy novel, with a lot of references and side-information. It's said that none of this is in the movie, leaving just the story.

If you're gonna be interested enough to read the novel and watch the movie, read the novel first, that's for sure :)
