Lvl 17 Def pure with God Armor and Rune(g) Staking

Full rune armor (chainbody, not platebody) IS possible by level 13. This is possible only by having 10hp. to do so you either need to get defence up via soul wars, penguin points, or xp lamps. NOT easy on f2p but HAS been done.
