Ray is 9 years old now in 2011. He started playing piano since he was 4. Quoted from Ray, "Music calms me down and soothes my mind. It is such a special and fascinating language that once you opened the door to it, you would never want to get out". The awards he won includes the 1st prize of 2010 coveted New York State Music Teachers Association's "Junior All-Star Competition" (10 & under division) and the most recent 3rd place of 2011 1000 Islands International Piano Competition junior division (18 and younger). Ray also plays violin and clarinet in school orchestra and band. Aside from music, Ray likes math and computer games. His favorite sports are tennis and swimming.
