I started this channel on April 29, 2011, to collect links to music I like on YouTube. such as blues, gospel, folk, protest, old time, jazz, rock, indigenous, reggae, and other kinds of "roots" music... i.e. music with the rough edges left on.
I'm interested in finding good indie music.
My most active place on the internet is my Twitter account -- @raybeckerman http://twitter.com/raybeckerman -- where I've tweeted a lot of YouTube music videos; that is what inspired me to set up this channel.
