@wolvesatemyguru Yes, and everyone should be reminded that strength CAN be dramatically improved by training the neuromuscular system primarily. Personally I needed more muscle mass, so I focus more on the basics. But those monks are true athletes as well.

@elfe1982 Thank you; I am just sharing what happens when an "old man of 52" who is a genetic structure wreck (not designed for lifting the heavy-for me- necessary for results), works out only an hour per WEEK (hard) and eats a totally raw vegan diet, no supplements or pills powders or gimmicks.
