Open and strain water from approximately four coconuts until you have 4 cups of water. Warm on stove until it's lukewarm (98 degrees).

Whoohoo! What an amazing two year transition to high raw. I have almost completely eliminted the eczema that was spreading all over mine and my four year olds bodies. Not sure exactly what worked since we have done so many things to become more healthy but it happened. We are very vibrant, happy and healthy and haven't been sick for A LONG time! We used to catch every cold we came across and now I joke to my friends to come on over and play, we don't mind when they are sick. If they do start to feel a little off I fix them right up with some herbs.

As always I will never waste your time by posting something we all hated. Be warned my kids like their vegetables so it doesn't mean your kids will love it too.
