Reading, writing, poetry, fanfiction, fanart, looking up info and pictures about anything I'm interested in, learning, working on my websites, desperately hunting for a way to get Teen Titans back on...

Teen Titans DEFINITELY tops the charts as far as TV shows go. There's a reason Raven and Rock both begin with R. And we have so much in common, it's a little scary... So many people say that, but how many can really mean it from the bottom of their hearts all he way to the top? And Misdreavus - oh, don't get me started on how cute it is. And I LOVE its personality - mischievous, hence the name, and it sneaks up on people... In Legend of Thunder, I fell in love with its tamed personality as well... It's just so so so cute! And I don't usually say that... Thinking about Misdreavus and automatically going "Awww!" kinda contradicts with what I just said about being like Raven, but even she can fall in love with an animal under the right circumstances... Movies: Edward Scissorhands, Daredevil, Covenant, The Craft, The Crow trilogy, The Dark Knight. All of which have great soundtracks as well as being great movies.

Evanescence! I've never heard ANY songs as beautiful and rockfist-pounding awesome at the same time! Amy Lee's (well, Amy Haltzer since her marriage)... her lyrics are just so beautiful, even in their heaviest songs, and you don't have to be a genious to be able to tell that she pours all of herself into her songwriting, and everything she writes and says seems to be a philosophy to me, usually my own... Nightwish also rocks with beauty thrown in - though I miss Tarja, some of NIghtwish's new lyrics strike me emotionally as well. (Amarath, Eva, and For the Heart I Once Had, mainly.) Anette's voice does some... odd things that I find kinda abrasive, though.. I feel she IS talented, don't get me wrong, but... I vote Tarja. I also love Tarja Turunen to the point of nearly crying when it turned out I couldn't go to one of her concerts. Seeing her live, in person, with that TALENT, is just... wooow, I'd fall in love with her performance almost instantly; from what I HAVE seen of her in performance, she gets so deep into it, she's so passionate... {Plus, she plays PIANO! As a piano-player myself, that only adds to the beauty of her image in my mind.} Within Temptation as well!

Comics. 8D The New Teen Titans by Marv Wolfman and George Perez were, are, and probably always will be my favorite books in existence. ^w^ {*~Raven wins my soul...~*} Now, actual CHAPTER books... James A. Hetley's books are downright AWESOME in my opinion. And Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series drew me RIGHT in; huge empathy with Kahlan, and so many daydreams - not to mention his writings inspire me to write some of the more vivid descriptions in my stories... {It's complicated how that works; hard to explain.} I also love Juliet Marillier's books. :3 I have a liking for Celtic stories, and books - even not fictional, but just traditional or research-worthy - from that part of Europe are on my shelves by the dozen. Mostly, my favorite genres are magick, fantasy, and a touch of a complicated romantic feel that I can empathize with makes the grade for my top shelf. {Which is reserved for my favorite,s by the way! :3} Empathy with the characters is a big thing for me. Harry Potter, Lemony Snicket, and the Rowan Hood series (MUCH lesser known; found them at the library) are cool too. Also the Merendon stories by Sharon Shinn; The Safe-Keeper's Secret and The Truth-Teller's Tale are probably some of the most awesome lesser-known books out there. (Well I am quite a Safe-Keeper myself...)
