Hello everyone at the moment I am looking for a few fitness tips to improve my lifestyle like excersises and such e.g. pushups not so much cardio tips but any tips would be great to become stronger.
Football (soccer for USA), Tennis, Piano, Trumpet, Swimming, Surf Life Saving, Cycling, Excersise, Bleach, Naruto and Shippuuden. That's just some of my hobbies :P
