RaS (X) was raised in the B-X, 188th Street all day, that luvz hip hop, hez been a fan since the 90z as a kid growing up, the artist that really got him wantin' to rap was 2Pac, Nore's "Banned From TV" & Canibus, after hearing 2Pac's All Eyez On Me, he thought, I have 2 try 2 write sum lyricz! He would spend hourz writing rhymez & tryin' 2 imitate various rappers flow & lyricz. Also, RaS (X) makez beatz, & iz a huge fan of that mid '90z-early '00z sound. He tryz 2 get his muzik 2 sound like that era in the best possible way. He iz a workaholic, & spendz as much time possible making beatz & just trying to stay on top of his game. The moniker "RaS (X)" comez from his middle name Rashid, shortened to just RaS & the (X) iz unknown, meaning it could mean anything, such as RaS (X)-Cellent, RaS (X)-Man, RaS (X)-Troadinaire & soo on!
