Born on April 18, 1986 in Detroit Michigan, Shon Wil is a twenty-three year-old entrepreneur. He is the founder of recording label - RAP ART Records LLC, and the creator of RAP ART, The Movement of Art and Music! Shon has painted portraits for more than 20 celebrities, such as: TI, T-Pain, David Banner, Young Jeezy, Estelle, Mike Epps, Young Buck, Obie Trice, Hoopz, Buffie the Body, Angel Lola Luv and many more. Is Shon Wil the next major name in Hip-Hop?
The young Detroit native: writes, records, and mix/masters his own original music. Shon Wils first interest in music and art came at a very young age; writing poetry and sketching to relieve stress and emotions. Shon is the true definition of an all around artist.
The winter of 2009 will heat up when this talented new artist drops his debut album! A1 Records hit the streets on October 31, 2006 with the release of Shon Wils Get Real Mix-tape, pushing over 4,000 copies. He is now residing in Detroit, working on his bachelor degree in Digital Media. From drawing to painting, his gifted hands have done portraits for celebrities, as well as, backdrops for clubs and concerts. Shon has also starred in a television show entitled Brush with Greatness, where he demonstrated the steps on how to paint a portrait.
Shon Wil is currently working on his clothing line, set to release winter of 2009. All products are designed by Shon Wil. This twenty-three year-old genius is filled with so much unique talent and universal skill that he is unstoppable. Let me present to you a true artist of the 21st century, the one and only Shon Wil.
