Like a lot of Britcoms, they get the American character slightly wrong. Notice the postcard that says "Happy Christmas from Vermont" -- Americans never say "Happy Christmas", we say "Merry Christmas"! I've also heard Piers (totally un-American name) say "shall", a word Americans never use.

I like the moment where you go directly from the b/w photo to the painting -- very effective! Also, it was good to see you in the video.
